This Public Interest Litigation has been filed challenging an order dated 15.11.2011 (Annexure P-1) whereby the respondent No.2 has declined to entertain a complaint against the respondent No.4. The allegation against the respondent No.4 is that as a leaseholder the said respondent has misutilized the land leased to him by lifting the sand from the land for the purpose of manufacture of the bricks.
The materials on record including the reports of the Block Development & Panchayat Officer, Malerkotla-1 dated 29.10.2011 and District Development & Panchayat Officer, Sangrur dated 15.11.2011 would go to show that on enquiries the said authorities have come to the conclusion that no sand has been removed by the respondent No.4 from the land leased to him for the purpose of making bricks. If that is the finding on the basic facts we do not see as to how this Public Interest Litigation can be entertained.
Dismissed.
