The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner purchased the land measuring 17 kanal 16 marla bearing M. No.25 Killa No.19(2-12), 18/1(2-12), 12/2(2-8), 13(8-0), 8/2(2-4) from Kiran Bala vide sale deed dated 23.06.2003. Kiran Bala had purchased the land from Gurbax Singh, predecessor-in-interest of the petitioner, which is already on record after the filing of the partition application. However, after arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for impleading himself as party before the Assistant Collector Ist Grade.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforestated.
