The petitioner would not have any locus to challenge the acceptance of resignation of respondent No.4, who is not making any grievance against the same. The petitioner if wants to challenge the election of respondent No.10 elected as President, he may have his remedy of filing an election petition available to him in accordance with law. No case for interference in exercise of writ jurisdiction is made out.
Dismissed.
