The grievance of the petitioner is that the Gram Panchayat of the village is laying drain by encroaching upon land of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner states that representation dated 03.10.2012 (Annexure P-4) was made to the Deputy Commissioner-respondent No. 2, but no decision has since been taken. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the aforesaid representation (Annexure P- 4) is decided within a time bound manner.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat-respondent No. 2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-4) dated 03.10.2012 after giving
