Yadhuvanshi College of Education Vs State of Haryana and Ors.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has very fairly conceded that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the ratio of judgment passed in the case of Darsh College of Education, Gohana vs. State of Haryana and others (CWP No.18947 of 2011 decided on 11.1.2012) . He, however, submits that this academic session is over and the clock cannot be put back. Learned counsel submits that the benefit of the aforesaid judgment should be made available to the petitioner for the academic session 2012-2013 starting from July, 2012 in case there is no change in policy adverse to the petitioner. Both the learned counsel are agreed that the writ petition be disposed of in the above

This petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in the case of Darsh College of Education, Gohana vs. State of Haryana and others (CWP No.18947 of 2011 decided on 11.1.2012) and the benefit of the aforesaid judgment would be made available to the petitioner for the academic session 2012-2013 starting from July, 2012, in case there is no change in policy adverse to the petitioner.
