The petitioner, by way of filing this writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, is seeking quashing of reply dated 25.06.2010 (Annexure P-9) whereby, the respondent-bank has quantified the outstanding liability at Rs.1,37,702/-. According to the learned counsel, nothing is outstanding and the respondent-bank is not granting No Objection Certificate.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to

the petitioners to approach the bank Ombudsman in terms of order dated 18.04.2012 passed by this Court in CWP No. 6634 of 2011.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to legal remedies available to them in accordance with law.
