In this writ petition, it is stated that regarding expansion of the existing distillery by respondent No.6-M/s Chandigarh Distiller and Bottlers Limited, objections of the public were heard by the authorities of the Punjab State Pollution Control Board on 8.8.2012. The final order has yet not been passed. The petitioners have filed this writ petition in a most hasty manner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as pre-mature.
