On 26.9.2011, the petitioners were required to disclose in case Sarpanch had initiated any legal proceedings against the encroachers as the amount was withdrawn to initiate legal proceedings. The case thereafter was adjourned thrice, but no information so far has been provided.
Let the petitioners obtain this information first and if still considered necessary may file a fresh petition.
This petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition if the occasion so demands.
