In this writ petition, prayer of the petitioner is to remove urinals and transformer from middle of the road leading from Arya Samaj to Buria Chowk at Arya Samaj Temple Chowk near Old Grass Market, Jagadhri.
During arguments, it is stated that the urinals already stand removed from the aforesaid place and the transformer has been re-erected in such a way that it is not posing danger of electrocution to any citizen.
In view of above, this writ petition has become infructuous.
Disposed of accordingly.
