The above said writ petitioner has filed two writ petitions in respect of same notification dated 9.11.2010 (Annexure P-1) but alleging ownership of land measuring 5 Bigha, 11 Biswa, 6 Biswani in one writ petition and ownership of land measuring 5 Bigha, 11 Bishwa, 7 Biswani in another writ petition. However, the detail of the land owned by petitioner i.e. Khasra number has not been disclosed in either of the writ petitions.

We find that the present writ petitions suffer from lack of material particulars and also splitting up of causes of action.

In view of the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file one petition giving complete particulars of the land owned by the petitioner.
