Pursuant to the order passed on 12.10.2012, the petitioner had submitted requisite undertaking before the respondent College and security with the Principal which is liable to be forfeited if any misbehaviour is seen on the part of the petitioner in future.

Counsel for the respondent-College submits that
petitioner has been permitted to join the classes and he is attending the classes regularly.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. In case of any misadventure on the part of the petitioner or any misbehaviour if noticed in future, the respondent-College will be at liberty to approach this Court for revival of the instant writ petition.
