Counsel for the petitioners very fairly states that the Full Bench judgment on the basis of which petitioners have claimed the benefit in the writ petition has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its decision titled as State of Haryana vs. Haryana Veterinary and A.H.T.S. Association and another, 2000(4) RSJ, 167.
In view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Haryana's case(supra), the writ petition stands dismissed.
