This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash a public notice dated 27.7.2012, vide which it has been ordered that building constructed in violation of the provisions of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 be demolished. In the public notice, it is further stated that demolition orders are being passed on the basis of an order passed by this Court in CWP No.4559 of 2007.
We have gone through the paper book. Not a word has been said as to why the order passed by this Court in the above said writ petition is not applicable to the petitioner. Nothing has been mentioned in this petition how the facts of the case of the petitioner are different from the issue involved in that case i.e. CWP No.4559 of 2007.
In view of above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
