Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage in case a direction is issued to respondent no. 2 to decide the claim made by the petitioner vide representation, Annexure P-3, dated 20.11.2011.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner being allowed at this stage.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without opining on the merit of controversy, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the claim made by the petitioner vide his representation dated 22.11.2011, Annexure P-3, within a period of four months from today.
