Learned counsel for the parties agreed that this matter has been compromised and as per compromise, it has been agreed that the petitioner and respondent shall enter into a fresh lease deed w.e.f 1.12.2012 and consequently the petitioner would withdraw this revision petition while the respondent would withdraw the application for ejectment. Provisional memorandum of understanding and letter of renewal of lease has been placed on record as Mark A'.
Consequently, present revision petition as well as the ejectment petition are dismissed as withdrawn in terms of `Mark A'.
