The petitioners have sought a writ in the nature of mandamus directing Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation to make provision of passage to the plot bearing Khasra No. 18//18/2, Khatauni No. 221/271, measuring 2 Kanals, situated in village Dhakaula.
Mr. Hooda, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, states that the respondents shall provide an approach of 22 feet out of the land reserved for utilities, as per the site plan produced in Court.
Keeping in view the said statement, the present writ
