The petitioner had impugned the order dated 27.5.2011 (Annexure P-4) regarding which an averment has been made in the primary submissions in the reply submitted by Sh. Rajat Aggarwal, IAS, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Collector, Amritsar that the application of the petitioner having been referred to the Financial Commissioner has since been accepted and the concerned officer namely Collector, Amritsar has been directed to re-consider the matter afresh as per law. Accordingly, the decision is under process.
Having regard to the aforesaid, I am of the considered opinion that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. However, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the fresh decision, he is at liberty to assail the same.
