On 15.11.2011 this Court directed the counsel for the petitioners to furnish correct address of respondent no.4 and also observed that if the needful was not done within the stipulated time, the petition against respondent no.4 shall stand dismissed. On the previous date of hearing, no one had come present despite the fact that the case was called out twice. Today when the case was called out, again no one is present on behalf of the petitioners.
Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed for want of
prosecution.
