The petitioner by way of present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking a writ of mandamus for directions to the respondents to register the trust-deed under the Registration Act, 1908.

“ That the petitioner has not come to this Hon'ble Court with clean hands and has suppressed the true and material facts from this Hon'ble Court. The petitioner has never presented any document for registration of the Trust nor any deed was presented to the Sub Registrar, Nilokheri for registration purposes. Petitioner never visited the office of Sub Registrar, Nilokheri for registration of Trust. In case, the petitioner would have presented any deed of Trust for its registration, the appropriate order of its registration or not, as per law would have been passed. If the petitioner again presents any deed of trust for its registration before the answering-respondent No.3, the same would be decided according to law and facts involved in the case after going through the revenue record and supporting documents.”
