Ramesh Chand & Ors. Vs State of Haryana & Ors.

The petitioners had approached the respondents for construction of pacca drain in street in front of his house to the pond in the village. Some civil suit was filed in this regard by one Rattan Singh which is pending. The petitioner also moved for becoming a Panch. He has accused the Sarpanch and official respondent in not taking action to construct the drain. The nature of the relief claim apparently may not fall within the purview of writ jurisdiction.
