We have heard counsel for the parties and as it is admitted that order rejecting applications for allotment of plots, is appealable, relegate members of petitioner association to their remedy of filing individual appeals. In case, appeals are filed within 15 days, they shall be decided within 15 days, from the date of their filing. During this period of one month, allotment of booths shall remain stayed, in terms of stay order dated 26.11.2010, passed in Civil Writ Petition No.21131 of 2010, which has also been disposed of today.
