As per the reply, the petitioner is in custody in FIR No. 225 dated 08.11.2012 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Division No. 2, Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the petitioner still informed that the petitioner
has been involved in another FIR No. 18, dated 25.01.2012 under Section
22 of the NDPS Act. The petitioner was taken into custody on 08.11.2011.
In view of the reply, petition is rendered infructuous.
Copy of the order be sent to the petitioner.
