Status report by way of affidavit of Vikas Gupta, IAS, District Magistrate, Rohtak filed on behalf of respondent-State is taken on record. As per Annexure R-2, joint inquiry report, conducted by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Rohtak, Tehsildar, Sampal and Inspector, Food and Supply, Sampla, SHO Sampla and Inspector-2, Rohtak, no bonded labour/ child labour or any other ante social element were found at the brick kiln.
In view of the said Status report, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
However, if the grouse of the petitioner is still not redressed, the petitioner may approach this Court again.
