The petitioner has filed this petition seeking grant of parole for a period of four weeks to meet his family members.
During arguments, it is transpired that for the above said relief, the petitioner has already sent a representation to Director General of Police (Prisons), Punjab Chandigarh on 22.5.2012 which is pending consideration.
In view of above, this petition is disposed of by issuing directions to the above officer to decide application of the petitioner within three weeks as per law.
