The petitioner is seeking parole for a period of four weeks by stating that his house needs repair. There is nothing on record to show that he is owner of the house in question. It is further stated by the petitioner that his residence is common with his parents, who are old. The petitioner is in jail since 2007. His two brothers are residing in the same village and they can easily help the old parents to get the family house repaired.
No case is made out to grant parole.
Dismissed.
