This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.95 dated 23.08.2010 under Sections 302, 307, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Garhi, District Jind.
It is not disputed that in pursuance to the order dated 04.04.2012, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court. His bail bonds have been accepted and he has been released on bail.
Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the Order
dated 04.04.2012 passed by this Court is made absolute.
