Petitioner-Sandeep son of Mahabir, has applied for regular bail in a case registered against him, by virtue of FIR No.354 dated 08.06.2012, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 376, 366, 328 and 342 IPC, by the police of Police Station City Rohtak, invoking the provisions of Section 439 Cr.P.C.
of the entire matter, to my mind, the instant petition for regular bail deserves to be accepted in this context.

Accordingly, their marriage was registered by the Registrar, vide Registration Certificate(Annexure P-2). Under these circumstances, whether the pointed offences are made out against the petitioner or not, would be a moot point to be decided during the course of trial by the trial Court.
Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, in any manner, on merits of the case, as the same has been so recorded for a limited purpose of deciding the present petition for regular bail only.
