The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.343 dated 23.6.2010 under Sections 447/511/148/149 IPC Police Station Sadar Patiala, District Patiala.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State on instructions from HC Jang Pal Singh submits that cancellation report has since been submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate.
In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
However, in case any of the parties are aggrieved of the order passed by the Illaqa Magistrate, they are at liberty to challenge the same before the competent court of jurisdiction in accordance with law.
