The present petition is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.537 dated 22.10.2011 under Sections 302/304-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar.
Earlier the petition bearing Criminal Misc. No.M-22102 of 2012 filed by co-accused of the petitioner for grant of bail has been dismissed as withdrawn on 07.09.2012 only.
Keeping in view the seriousness of offence, no new ground is made out to grant regular bail to the petitioner at this stage.
Dismissed accordingly.
