Out of 33 witnesses, 10 have already been examined. Case is now fixed for recording remaining evidence on 20.11.2012. Since the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected twice earlier, it would not be appropriate to direct release of the petitioner on bail at this stage. However, trial court is directed to see the feasibility of expediting the trial and make an endeavour to examine the remaining evidence on the date fixed.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
