This is a petition for quashing of private complaint filed by the complainant against the petitioners.
It has been informed that the matter has been amicably settled before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and that complainant in view of the terms and conditions settled, would withdraw the complaint. An undertaking has been given by counsel for the complainant that after compliance of the terms and conditions of the compromise, the complainant will withdraw the complaint before the trial court on next date of hearing i.e. 18.12.2012.
In view of the said circumstances, this petition is disposed of. Trial court is directed to permit the parties to arrive at compromise in case the copy of the compromise is produced before the Court and complainant makes a statement that she is satisfied that terms of the compromise have been complied with. In case the complainant does not comply with the terms and conditions, it will be
