Petitioners, on the basis of compromise, seek quashing of the FIR No.15 dated 8.3.2008, under Sections 452, 324, 323, 148 & 149 IPC, Police Station, Khanouri, District Sangrur, registered at the instance of respondent No.2 Pawan Kumar alleging that the petitioners had constituted an unlawful assembly and assaulted respondent No.3.
The petitioners claim that the matter has been
compromised.
The parties were directed to appear before the trial Court and get their statements recorded regarding the matter having been compromised.
A report has been received from the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate First Class, Moonak, to the effect that the parties have voluntarily entered into compromise.
In view of the report following the judgment in case
