Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.189 dated 19.06.2005 under Sections 406 and 498-A, IPC, registered at Police Station, Abohar, District Ferozepur (now District Fazilka) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that since the case is fixed for arguments before the learned trial court, therefore, he does not press this petition at this stage and prays for withdrawal of the same.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to place the compromise deed with the appropriate application before the learned trial court which shall consider the factum of compromise while deciding the case on merits.
