Reply on behalf of respondent No.1 has been filed.
Vide order dated 23.7.2012, counsel for the petitioner had not pressed the petition for quashing the complaint. However, he submitted that proceedings under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. have not been initiated in accordance with the law. Petitioner was allowed the concession of interim bail on his appearance before the trial Court and petitioner is stated to have appeared before the trial Court, in compliance to the said order. This is a private complaint.
So, the order dated 23.7.2012, passed by this Court is made absolute.
The petitioner may raise all the points, taken in the present petition, before the trial Court.
