This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to Krishan Kaur alias Krishna. She is mother of the main accused, Bahal Singh. Husband of the petitioner is stated to be in custody. The name of the petitioner does not figure in the FIR. After approximately two months of registration of the case, supplementary statement of the complainant was recorded and, thereafter, name of the petitioner was arrayed as an accused just to widen the number of accused and to pressurize Bahal Singh to surrender before the

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, from Head Constable Bant Singh, Police Station, Kurali, District S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali, submits that in compliance of the order dated 17.07.2012 passed by this court, the petitioner did join the investigation and no more required for any purpose.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 17.07.2012 passed by this court granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to comply with the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
