The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer for quashing order dated 07.04.2012, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, whereby the revision petition filed by respondent No.1, was dismissed.
Heard.
The learned State counsel, on instructions, informs that respondent No.2 stands arrested and challan stands presented on 27.10.2012, and the trial is in progress, whereas no evidence was found against respondent No.3.
Keeping in view the above submissions, the present petition
has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
