Counsel for the private respondents has submitted that petitioner No.1 is a minor.
Interim order dated 26.6.2012, is hereby made absolute without prejudice to the rights of the private respondents to take necessary legal proceedings against the petitioners in accordance with law. Any action taken under Child Marriage Restraint Act or any other Act prohibiting marriage of minor will not be affected by the orders passed by this Court for the purpose of any proceedings/punishment under the aforesaid Acts.
