The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR on
the basis of compromise.
Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that there is no compromise and the petitioners have once again inflicted injuries on the father of respondent No.2. A copy of the medical report has been placed on record in this regard.
In view of the above, the present petition for quashing of
FIR on the basis of compromise is not maintainable.
Dismissed accordingly.
