Vide order dated 01.06.2012, petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 was
given liberty to appear before the trial Court and submit their bail bonds. They have been declared proclaimed offender on 13.01.2012. The parties were directed to get their statements recorded before the trial Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record order dated 11.06.2012 to show that the petitioners had appeared before the trial Court and his bail bond was accepted for a sum of Rs. 60,000/-. As per report of the trial Court, the complainant has stated that she has not effected any compromise with the accused Prince, Ved Parkash and Bhupinder Kumar @ Bhindi.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petition seeks
withdrawal of the petition, at this stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of order dated 01.06.2012, the petitioners will appear
