This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.9 dated 4.2.2012 under Sections 458/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This court, while issuing notice of motion on 29.5.2012 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
On instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector, Jaswinder Singh, learned State counsel informs that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 29.5.2012 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
