The present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.14, dated 21.3.2012, under Sections 379, 411, 467, 468, 471, 420, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Malout District Sri Muktsar Sahib.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present petition has become infructuous as petitioners have already been granted bail by learned Magistrate under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C., and hence, the same may be dismissed as such.
Dismissed as withdrawn as having been rendered infructuous.
