This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No. 25 dated 10.3.2008, under Sections 406/420 IPC, registered at Police Station Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib, on the basis of compromise.
The report of the trial Court was called for. As per the report of the trial Court, the accused has been acquitted of the charges on the basis of compromise.
So, the present petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
