The instant petition has been filed for quashing of Complaint No.13 dated 15.5.2007 under Sections 326/324/323/34 IPC titled as “Harinder singh vs. Harjinder Singh” pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur Lodhi, as well as the summoning order dated 6.11.2009.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the trial has been
concluded, therefore, he wants to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
