The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in complaint case titled as “Angrej Singh vs. Davinder Singh and others” under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471, 109, 199 IPC read with Sections 82, 32, 32-A of Indian Registration Act, Section 6 of Transfer of Property Act, Section 3 of Benami Transaction (Prohibition) Act, Sections 3 and 4 of the Foreign Exchange Management (Acquisition and Transfer of Immovable Property) Regulation Act, 2002 and Section 13 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, pending in the court of Additional Ferozepur wherein, vide order dated 25.10.2011 they have been summoned to stand trial.
