This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to petitioner in case FIR No.44 dated 12.04.2012 under Section 306 IPC, Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This court, while issuing notice of motion on May 15, 2012 directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.

On instructions from ASI Surinder Singh, learned State counsel informs that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the
order dated May 15, 2012 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
