This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of regular bail to petitioner in case FIR No.359 dated 15.09.2009 registered under Sections 328, 307, 302, 449, 109, 34 IPC and under Sections 5/13 of Drugs Control Act, 1950 at Police Station Sadar Rohtak, District Rohtak.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. However direction may be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial.
In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to trial Court to expedite the trial
