This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to petitioner in FIR No.43 dated 24.02.2012 under Sections 323/324/285/447/506/34 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Kanina, District Mohindergarh.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This court, while issuing notice of motion on May 04, 2012 directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
