Complainant-Nisha is present in Court along with her counsel. She also got recorded her statement separately in Court today, stating therein that in pursuance of the said compromise, she has already received Rs.5,00,000/- and today, she received the balance amount of Rs.7,00,000/in the form of fourteen demand drafts, details whereof have been mentioned in the statement itself. She has further stated that the entire amount as agreed upon has been received by her and no other claim is pending against the petitioner-husband and his family. The said amount is towards full and final settlement, including maintenance, istri dhan, expenses incurred on the wedding etc. In her statement, she has also stated that she give her consent to the ex parte decree of divorce granted by the Courts at Australia vide order dated 13.12.2010. In her statement, she has specifically stated that she shall not make other claims in future. As such, she has no objection if the said FIR and PO/LOC proceedings lodged/initiated against the petitioners are dropped. She has also stated that she will cooperate for filing the appropriate application and other documents for quashing of the said PO/LOC proceedings and will be bound by here statement.
