Comments have been received from the Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Sangrur whereby he has explained that Criminal Misc. No.M-32387 of 2011 had been filed for quashing of the FIR and interim directions have been issued to adjourn the case and due to that reason, the bail application could not be decided.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the bail application has now been decided and, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be dismissed as such.

infructuous.
