The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.122 dated 10.04.2012, registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Rewari City, District Rewari.

The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that no specific entrustment to any of the petitioners has been alleged by the complainant. The husband of the complainant is serving in Delhi Police and does not reside with them.

The learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of the

order dated 24.07.2012, the petitioner, Sajjan Pal has joined the investigation and no longer required for investigation purpose.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting Officer, she shall be released on interim bail subject to the following conditions:-

That she shall make herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

That she shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer and;

That she shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
